- Subscription not showing as Premium — Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app. If still not visible, contact us with your Apple ID order receipt.
- Progress out of sync between iPhone and iPad — confirm both devices are signed in to the same iCloud account; toggle iCloud sync off and on under Settings.
- Cancel a subscription — iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → KanjiKanji Modern → Cancel.
- Refund request — through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds are handled by Apple per their App Store policy.
